With us being in tier 3 for Christmas, our plans for a staff Christmas meal went the same way as the plans for our staff "training" days this year, ie no where. We did want to at least offer some substitute, and so we put together a small bag of produce, all sourced from some of our customers. This meant we not only were supporting some of our smaller / artisan customers, but would also see our labels in "action". The idea went down very well, with something for everyone and an idea we may well repeat in some form.
