Sometimes the best stories start with a little bit of panic… and end with a ⭐

THE PANIC

Just before noon on a Wednesday, we received an urgent request from one of our customers who had just returned from holiday to discover something unexpected. Due to higher than expected demand, their team had completely used up their existing stock of labels. A great problem to have in many ways (it meant business was booming), but with even more orders waiting to go out, they needed a solution, and fast.

No delays. No complications. Just action. 🏃‍♂️

THE TASK IN HAND

We already had the right material in stock, so our team focused on getting the job straight into production; which is where the Secura Labels team really excel.

With a wealth of experience in delivering the seemingly impossible our team got straight to work. Confirming the price, booking the job on to the system, and checking and double checking that this ‘must have’ job wouldn’t affect the production and delivery of all the other jobs already in production, and where deadlines were already promised. The team knew what it meant to our customer to have their labels in double quick time, and doubled down to get the job done, whilst, of course, ensuring the same high levels of quality that the customer is used to.

THE RESULT

By 10am on the Friday, the finished labels were ready for collection.

Less than 48 hours from that initial call to the completed job going out of the door, ready to keep our customer’s operations running smoothly.

The response from the customer was simply - “You are a true ⭐”.
